ESA is pleased to invite you to the Welcome Reception on 7 May and the Gala Dinner on 8 May. Registration is required, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We would like to invite you to our Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Please note the number of seats is limited.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee, but pre-registration is mandatory.
Dress code: smart casual
Accompanying persons are welcome at the Welcome Reception free of charge.
Gala Dinner – Santa Bárbara Castle
The Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fee and requires an additional payment.
Dress code: black tie
Perched atop Mount Benacantil, 166 metres above sea level, stands Santa Bárbara Castle, one of the largest medieval fortresses in Spain, offering 360° views of the city of Alicante. It has been protected as a Site of Cultural Interest since 1961.
Santa Bárbara Castle harbours many stories, battles and even love affairs within its walls, but only one of them – admired and celebrated by the people of Alicante – is 'The Legend of the Moor's Face', which, according to the tale, gave the city of Alicante its name.
Gala Dinner tickets for accompanying persons cost 150 EUR + VAT (181.50 EUR). Please register them when you complete your registration.
